ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Mon-Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm w/flexibility Conduct physical/ visual inspection of product to prevent non-conforming goods and minimize waste. Meet or exceed production performance standards. Conduct quality audits. Record quality defects. Read/ interpret documents, work instructions, and templates. Pack and palletize goods to be shipped. Maintain production supplies/ materials as required to ensure minimal machine downtime. Communicate with outgoing/ incoming shift to ensure a successful shift handoff. Record production data in machine computer promptly and accurately. Dispose product scrap into appropriate film-type gaylord. Create labels. Calculate production numbers. Demonstrate proficiencies in running all converting machines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Ability and willingness to multi-tasking in a fast-paced factory environment. Basic computer and math skills. Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 50 lbs. Can bend, twist, and stoop. Reliable mode of transportation. Can work necessary overtime to meet customer demands. Able to work on foot for extended periods of time. Dependable and works well with others.

Pay:

$19.00 per hour
