$15.20-$16.00/hr We need people to start now. Desert Chillers is hiring General Laborers for immediate outdoor cleanup work, with packing and sorting roles opening up as harvest begins. This is physical, hands-on work. No experience required — we'll train you. What You'll Be Doing Outdoor cleanup and grounds work to start Packing and sorting on the production line when harvest kicks off Other general labor tasks as assigned by your lead What We're Looking For Able to stand a full shift and do physical, repetitive work Able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable — shows up on time, every day Team player who follows direction Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required Schedule & Pay $15.20-$16.00/hr 6AM-4PM or 8AM-6PM depending on assignment Full-time, seasonal Apply now — we're hiring immediately.
