HVAC Warehouse Technician

About the Role The HVAC Warehouse Technician is responsible for overseeing day to day warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow to support HVAC service and installation teams. This role ensures technicians are properly stocked, warranty processes are handled efficiently, and vendor relationships are maintained. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in HVAC parts and systems. Key Responsibilities Pull and prepare materials (including filters and parts) for technicians each morning Restock service and install trucks from warehouse inventory Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock tracking Order parts and materials, including warranty replacements Process and manage all warranty paperwork and claims Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse Build and maintain relationships with local HVAC vendors and suppliers (e.g., parts houses) Coordinate with service and install teams to ensure job readiness Utilize ServiceTitan for inventory, ordering, and tracking Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accountability within the warehouse Minimum Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of HVAC warehouse experience (REQUIRED) Strong knowledge of HVAC parts, equipment, and systems Hands-on experience using ServiceTitan (REQUIRED) Proven ability to manage inventory and warehouse operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work with technicians and leadership Preferred Qualifications Established relationships with local HVAC vendors and supply houses Experience improving warehouse processes and accountability Familiarity with high-volume service environments

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$30/hour

Schedule:

Weekdays with occasional after-hours and weekend work as needed

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
