Job Duties Responsibilities This position is responsible for loading and unloading route delivery trucks with accurate predetermined supply of Company products. Verify load sheets and ensure trucks receive correct equipment and product loads. Load and unload route delivery trucks and trailers with products manually and/or with forklift. Input product loads in and out of inventory system. Participate in daily inventory activities including cycle counts. Maintain clean, orderly warehouse and loading areas. Park route delivery trucks in designated areas within facility. Experience Requirements Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance. Forklift experience preferred with ability to receive certification. Ability to work safely and in all weather conditions. Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities. Ability to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as needed. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 60 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
