Position Overview:

As a Material Handler, you'll be responsible for accurately picking and processing orders, manually loading products onto pallets or hand trucks, and preparing shipments with labeling, shrink-wrapping, or banding. This position involves the use of RF scanners, lifting up to 50 lbs., and completing repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Ready to Get Started? Pay Range:

$17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Shift:

First Shift:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM -2:30

PM Second Shift:

Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00

PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform order picking, packing, labeling, and scanning using an RF scanner. Manually load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks and apply shrink wrap or banding as needed. Handle materials efficiently, ensuring correct labeling and preparation for shipment. Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods. Work safely at heights up to 20 feet from the floor. Read and follow work instructions, including numbers and letters, with accuracy. Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. Maintain reliable transportation to and from the work site.

Job Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing. Comfortable working at heights of up to 20 feet. Basic reading and comprehension skills for numbers, letters, and written instructions. Experience with RF scanners and basic warehouse operations (packing, labeling, order picking). Reliable transportation to and from the work location. Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and operational procedures.
