Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Worker to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, handling materials efficiently, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Duties Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing shipments Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials safely and efficiently Conduct inventory management activities using RF scanners to track stock levels accurately Support shipping and receiving processes by preparing orders for dispatch and verifying incoming shipments Perform manual handling and heavy lifting tasks while adhering to OSHA safety standards Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow Experience Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, or clamp trucks is highly desirable Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus Experience in order picking, load & unload procedures, and materials handling will be advantageous Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and shipment documentation Strong understanding of safety protocols including OSHA regulations related to manual handling and heavy equipment operation Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to become an integral part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in warehouse operations!
Pay:
$19.09 - $22.40 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
