Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient handling of inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping operations for both B2B (pharmacies, retailers) and D2C (direct-to-consumer) customers . The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Inventory Management:
Oversee stock control, manage inventory levels, and reconcile with the inventory system to ensure accuracy.
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Product Inspection:
Ensure all health and wellness products meet quality standards before storage and shipment.
Warehouse Operations:
Organize and optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and smooth workflow.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements while maintaining health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
Process Improvement:
Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Customer Service & Support:
Manage customer service requests, resolve issues promptly, and handle data entry as needed.
Requirements Experience:
Proven work experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role.
Warehouse Expertise:
Familiarity with warehouse management procedures, best practices, and process improvement initiatives.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and inventory databases.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and enhance operational efficiency.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
