This is a temp-to-hire evening position paying $17.40/hr, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will mask metal parts per specifications, rack and unrack parts through the powder coating process, and pack finished products for shipment. This is a long-term opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule.

Manufacturing Plant / Factory Responsibilities Mask metal parts according to specifications to protect surfaces during the powder coating process. Lift and hang parts on racks before coating, then remove finished parts after the process is complete. Pack coated finished products for outbound shipment. Unload incoming parts and organize them in the work area. Sweep and clean the work area to maintain a safe production floor. Minimum Requirements 6+ months of recent general labor, production, or manufacturing experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a powder coating, paint, or surface finishing environment. Familiarity with masking, taping, or prep work on metal parts. Experience racking or hanging parts in a production or finishing line. Background in packaging, assembly, or light manufacturing. Ability to read and follow written work instructions or part specifications. Pre-Employment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the shift. Steel toe boots required (employee-provided). Must be authorized to work in the US — E-Verify required.
