Job Description:
GLC Cabinet Inc. is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders, organizing and maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and managing inventory. This position requires experience with warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks. Forklift certification is mandatory. Overtime may be required as needed.
Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory levels. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. Load and unload shipments as needed. Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
Requirements:
Previous cabinetry warehouse experience preferred. Forklift certification is required. Ability to lift items and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and punctuality. Availability to work overtime when required.
