Job Description

Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory-related environment
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse inventory
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience operating a forklift or similar warehouse equipment
  • Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse software
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience processing shipping documents, returns, or invoices
Job Summary:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Warehouse Associate) is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. This role ensures customer orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, verify, and ship customer orders according to sales orders
  • Recheck orders to ensure accuracy before shipment
  • Prepare and package products for safe delivery to customers
  • Process customer returns for shipment to Distribution Centers, Fulfillment Centers, or suppliers
  • Receive inventory into the system and update product availability
  • Organize and store materials on racks, shelves, and bins according to established MINO codes
  • Inspect inventory and report damaged or non-compliant items to the warehouse supervisor
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assist with customer pickups and obtain delivery signatures when required
  • Process counter sales and customer invoices as needed
  • Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment when authorized
  • Support general warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned
