Job Description
We are a family-owned water heating and HVAC service and installation company with an established base of customers in commercial, institutional, and multi-family sectors. We are looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Associate to manage a small warehouse of HVAC and water heating equipment/parts located in Anaheim. The Warehouse Associate's primary duties will include: Organizing and cleaning the warehouse on a daily basis; Pulling parts off the shelf for jobs which have been approved; Loading trucks with heavy equipment and materials for approved jobs; Counting stock levels for the warehouse and technicians' vehicles and assisting with ordering parts for stock; Restocking the warehouse and technicians' vehicles; Logging inventory received or transferred in the company's software; Delivering or picking up equipment and parts for stock and/or approved jobs; Assisting with vehicle maintenance, including taking company vehicles for service; and Occasional opportunities to assist technicians at a job site, including by unloading and loading equipment and parts. Experience in the following areas is strongly preferred : Operating a forklift; Operating large vehicles (e.g. F350 Super Duty with stake-bed); Experience with using computers/software. Experience in the following areas is a plus: Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing parts; Experience in managing a warehouse, maintaining stock levels, and placing orders for parts or equipment; Experience with creating purchase orders in Quickbooks; All employees must have had a valid driver's license for at least 5 years, have a clean driving record, and be able to pass drug & background checks.
