In this vital role, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to pick, pack, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels and order statuses Prepare orders for shipment through accurate picking & packing, ensuring all items meet quality standards Conduct shipping & receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation Stock shelves and storage areas systematically to optimize space and facilitate quick access for order picking Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records Support warehouse distribution tasks by loading trucks and organizing goods for timely dispatch Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus Hands-on experience with forklift operation, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is desirable Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP software enhances efficiency in order fulfillment Basic math skills are essential for counting inventory accurately and processing shipments Experience with shipping & receiving procedures and order picking/packing is advantageous Ability to work safely with equipment such as load & unload machinery while adhering to safety protocols Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory management Join us as a Warehouse Worker where your dedication fuels our success!
