Warehouse Associate

Job Summary Western Power Products is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic parts team. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting the overall flow of goods within our distribution center. Your proactive approach will ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely shipping and receiving, and seamless warehouse management. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments. Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to customers and internal departments. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and update stock records accurately. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Assist with loading and unloading of trucks. Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying inbound/outbound shipments and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn. Experience with order fulfillment, picking & packing. Certification in forklift operation or reach truck driving is advantageous. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and warehouse safety protocols is beneficial. Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to perform basic math calculations reliably. Pay:

$16.90 - $26.00 per hour
