Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Lumber Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in woodworking, carpentry, and manufacturing processes. This role involves working with various types of lumber and materials, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and driving a forklift. The Lumber Associate will play a vital role in ensuring that customers are helped efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Operate and maintain various woodworking machinery Measure and cut lumber Assemble products using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Assist in inventory management within the warehouse, ensuring materials are organized and accessible. Qualifications Experience in woodworking, carpentry, or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is beneficial. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods as required by the job.
