IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR WAREHOUSE WORKER - 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT
- $18-19/HOUR Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, and restock inventory Pick, pack, label, and stage orders Load/unload trucks safely Use RF scanners, rolling ladders, and pallet jacks Pick parts from shelves (including higher levels) Break down boxes and package items securely Maintain organized inventory and clean workspace Assist supervisors and support daily operations Follow all safety and shipping procedures Required Skills Shipping/receiving experience RF scanner proficiency Order picking and packing experience Material handling and truck loading experience Ability to use pallet jacks Comfortable using rolling ladders (up to ~15 ft) Lift 25-50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally) Able to stand, walk, and move for long periods Basic English reading/writing skills Works well in fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications Warehouse or distribution experience Automotive parts experience Inventory control experience Knowledge of shipping documentation Interest in forklift training (provided later) Strong attention to detail Work Environment 1st shift: Mon-Fri (5:30/6:30 AM start) Overtime required + occasional Saturdays Noisy warehouse (machinery/forklifts) Frequent lifting, walking, and ladder use Dress code: plain shirt, jeans (no holes), closed-toe shoes Why Join Path to full-time hire with pay increase Forklift training + additional pay opportunity Medical, dental, vision benefits Team-focused, stable work environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brea, CA.
