We are seeking a Material Handler for our Burbank location.
Hourly Rate:
$17.00
00 per Hour Summary The Material Handler aka Runner is responsible for completing general tasks associated with production requirements, shipping & receiving, material management and inter-office correspondence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and that additional tasks may be assigned to the employee and the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands. Continual lifting, lowering, and sliding of packages of parts into specific locations. May be required to load and unload the company truck when necessary. Ensure adequate flow and tracking of priority jobs through the shop. Physically and systematically transfer materials to any location required based on request. Assist Tooling Department in pre-kitting production jobs to reduce down time Assist the Tooling Department with tool delivery to machinists and operators by following the Runner Route and schedule. Verify Work Order accuracy and completion. Verify production timecard accuracy for production department. Assist Shipping & Receiving department with bagging and packaging parts and other inventory duties as necessary. Transport and deliver correspondence between all departments. Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, etc. Sort, organize and stock boxes.

Years of Experience:
One year of related experience and/or training in light industrial environment preferred.
Type of Experience:
