Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Job Description Job Summary:

Stage, load, and unload finished products and raw materials. Stock and maintain warehouse inventory. This position is full time, 40 hours Essential Duties and Responsibilities Load installation orders of materials on company trucks; complete work orders and check of material inventory given to installers, have installers and customers sign off on the work order. Cash and Carry Pick-up's- Deliver lines that are picked up and ensure all paperwork is scanned into QFloors database. Unload receiving materials off trucks when delivered; check that the materials are correct (i.e.: style, color, sidemark, quantity, etc.). Use QFloors database system to scan work orders and print tags for each product/line received. Handle returns from vendors; ensure proof of return from driver by obtaining copies and records. Ensure materials that are getting loaded and unloaded onto the transfer truck are tagged; ensure material is wrapped/strapped and can be transported safely. Scan signed records into the doc system and email to appropriate department when return is complete. Clean and maintain work area by emptying trash, vacuuming, and making sure work space is clean and clear of materials to ensure safety for all. Operate forklift, trucks, and/or railcars; preform preventative maintenance on forklift, truck and/or railcar. Turn off and lock out all equipment when not in use. Other duties as assigned. Education and Related Experience High School Diploma or GED, preferred. 2-4 years of related experience working in similar industry. Additional education may be substituted for years of work experience. Special Qualifications Forklift certification and applicable state certification for truck and/or rail operation, preferred. Good oral and written communication skills. Computer proficiency a must Manual dexterity required for operating machinery. Ability to stay a team player and meet deadlines. Must have reliable transportation Physical Demands and Work Conditions Use of hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls (up to 100%) Constant use of speaking and listening (up to 70%). Occasional standing, walking, sitting, reach with hands and arms (up to 20%). Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, pulling (up to 20%).
