Duties Assist with the trimming of products using hand tools and hand eye coordination. Hitting production goals on a daily basis (training is provided. Conduct routine inspections of product to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including warehouse spaces and production zones. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of machinery and materials to prevent accidents. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to quality standards. Requirements Experience working on an assembly line or in a warehouse setting is advantageous. Ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout shifts. Strong attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach to work tasks.
