Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Organize, stock, and replenish inventory as needed Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities Maintain accurate records of materials and products Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as authorized Verify order accuracy and conduct quality checks Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow company policies and procedures while meeting productivity goals Assist with other warehouse-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or inventory experience preferred Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills preferred Forklift experience or certification is a plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday Perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment Work safely in a fast-paced setting All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
