We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team and help get orders picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Job Summary The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in our order fulfillment process — picking items from inventory, inspecting and folding garments, packing orders, and preparing shipments for carrier pickup. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Pick clothing items from shelves/bins based on order tickets or pick lists Inspect garments for defects, stains, or damage before packing Fold, bag, and pack items according to brand packaging standards Print and apply shipping labels; verify order accuracy before sealing packages Stage and organize outgoing shipments for daily carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) Receive and put away incoming inventory shipments Perform regular cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety-compliant Flag low-stock or damaged inventory to the warehouse supervisor Assist with returns processing (inspecting, restocking, or flagging returned items) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience a plus, but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40-50 lbs for extended periods Comfortable using barcode scanners, label printers, and basic warehouse software Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packing/folding standards Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with inventory management or WMS (warehouse management system) software Familiarity with e-commerce order platforms (Shopify, ShipStation, etc.) Basic math skills for counting and inventory checks Schedule Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional overtime during peak seasons Benefits [Health insurance / PTO / employee discount / 401k Employee discount on company apparel
