M-F 3:00 PM- 11:30 PM (30min lunch)
Job Description:
Material Handler I In this role, the Material Handler I will be responsible for receiving, shipping, sorting, and storing materials. This role includes working with other warehouse team members.
Essential Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Moves materials off trucks, pallets or racks and prepare orders for shipment Sort and segregate materials onto correct pallet or other locations based on item number Place labels on boxes or pallets as instructed in the process Wrap pallets with stretch wrap and other packaging supplies Put away product in designated warehouse locations Identify damage, loss, or surplus of materials and communicate issues Utilizes RF (Radio Frequency) equipment to track product Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift, push and pull and withstand temperatures in a warehouse environment Ability to understand and follow instructions Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Keep clean and safe work environment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations, including safety Performs other duties as assigned
