Warehouse Associate/Material Handler Location:

Ceres, CA Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in a collaborative support role. In this position, you will work alongside a tenured team member to assist with daily order fulfillment, heavy lifting, and shipment preparation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working as part of a two-person team to hit daily goals.

Key Responsibilities Order Picking:

Pulling inventory for UPS and LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments.

Heavy Lifting:

Manually lifting and moving items weighing up to 70 lbs.

Pallet Management:

Utilizing a pallet jack to move product and using a stretch wrap machine to secure pallets for transit.

Packing & Prep:

Packing boxes accurately and breaking down cardboard/materials to maintain a clean workspace.

Team Support:

Working closely with a dedicated partner to ensure all warehouse tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements Must be comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs regularly throughout the shift. Prior experience with a manual or electric pallet jack is preferred. Consistent attendance for the 7:00 AM start time is essential. Ability to follow safety protocols while wrapping pallets and moving heavy inventory.
