General Labor/Machine Operator

Let Your Career Thrive with Volt Volt is hiring General Laborers / Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Willows, CA. As a General Laborers / Machine Operator you will: Handle, package, and prepare fiberglass products for shipment Operate production, manufacturing, and packaging machinery in a high-volume environment Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues Perform detailed quality inspections to ensure products meet manufacturing standards Accurately document production counts, materials used, and quality results Follow strict safety procedures and properly use required PPE (steel-toe boots, eyewear, earplugs, hard hat) Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance of production areas Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment This is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Rotating 12-hour shifts: 7 days / 7 nights High-volume, industrial manufacturing environment

Requirements:

Ability to work rotating day and night shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs . and perform repetitive lifting of 20 lbs . throughout the shift Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or general labor Experience operating industrial equipment or working on a production line is a plus Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Comfortable working around machinery, noise, fiberglass materials, and temperature variations Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must meet all prescreening requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

Pay Rate:
