- Sierra Nevada Brewing Company is hiring tempoary production workers through Allevity Recruiting & Staffing! Must be 21+ years of age.

Shifts Available:

Start times 1:00 pm-9:30 pm This is a temporary position with scheduling contingent on the production needs of the brewery. Hours may vary week to week.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging and Labeling:

Accurately and efficiently pack brewery products into variety packs according to established standards and labels.

Quality Control:

Inspect products for quality, ensuring that all items are in good condition and meet our quality standards.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels of variety pack components and inform the supervisor when more product is necessary.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with brewery regulations and policies.

Organization:

Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other brewery team members to maintain a smooth production process.

Qualifications:

Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads (up to 40 lbs). Outstanding attendance on site and the ability to work varying or rotating shifts. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. Previous experience in a packing or assembly role is a plus. All positions are contingent upon a background check.
