Pay:

$17.00 - $18.50 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and materials handling. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely and effectively. Responsibilities Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Perform picking and packing duties for order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in order picking using RF scanners. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including inspecting incoming shipments for damage and verifying contents against packing lists. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve efficiency. Participate in regular inventory audits and assist in stocking shelves as needed. Handle heavy lifting and materials handling tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with knowledge of inventory management practices. Experience with packaging, shipping & receiving processes, and order fulfillment is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift. Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety is essential. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
