Share this job SVGs not supported by this browser. Description We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Product Manager with 5+ years of product management experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background, a keen financial acumen, and excellent collaboration skills across various functions. You will focus on the Sundance Spa product lines, driving product improvements, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Product Manager will conduct research on global competitive landscapes and product trends, ensuring the development of new and existing products aligns with customer needs and market demands. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams (NPD, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing) to resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues. Additionally, you will ensure that marketing and promotional materials accurately reflect product specifications, while identifying opportunities for cost reductions, price increases, and margin improvements. This full-life cycle product management role will require you to monitor industry developments, evaluate the existing product portfolio, and identify new product opportunities. You will also be a key liaison between the product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a proven collaborator with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements Product Strategy & Collaboration:
Lead and manage product strategy for the Sundance Spa product line, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Regional Managers to ensure products meet specifications and customer needs.
Cross-functional Leadership:
Partner closely with Engineering, Project Managers, and other cross-functional teams (suppliers, dealers, sales) to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Regularly analyze product performance, including sales potential, profitability, CAPEX, payback calculations, and competitor analysis to drive decision-making.
Customer Feedback & Product Development:
Review and act on customer feedback to update existing products, ensure relevance, and improve the product line. Work with Engineering to identify and implement product adjustments.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee multiple projects and products simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution, and meeting deadlines.
Communication & Delegation:
Strong communication skills to confidently delegate tasks, keeping teams on target to meet deadlines. Provide clear updates and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Travel & Supplier Engagement:
Travel to key events, suppliers, and manufacturing locations to build relationships, and support sales and marketing efforts as required. Willingness to travel up to 20%. $120,000 + depending on experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University in related field. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong engineering mindset and proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing. Experience in manufacturing luxury goods or higher price point items, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality control, and customer expectations for premium products. Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct performance reporting, profitability analysis, and market research (competitor, sales data). Proven experience managing multiple products and projects, with a strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage competing interests. A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to act on customer feedback and ensure product relevancy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently collaborate with suppliers, regional managers, and internal stakeholders.
