This role focuses on maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate warehouse team members during daily operations Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products Ensure accurate inventory management using warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) Monitor stock levels and conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety, and equipment use Enforce safety standards and compliance regulations Optimize workflow to improve efficiency and reduce delays Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy Communicate with management regarding performance, issues, and improvements Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners Required Skills & Qualifications 2-5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics Prior leadership or supervisory experience Knowledge of inventory control systems and shipping processes Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems) Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating machinery May involve varying temperatures depending on facility conditions Leadership Expectations Lead by example in productivity and safety Motivate team members and resolve conflicts Ensure daily targets and deadlines are consistently met
