What You'll Be Doing:

Receive, store, organize, and distribute products throughout the warehouse Pick customer orders using an RF scanner while meeting established productivity and accuracy standards Pack and fulfill customer orders accurately, ensuring products are properly packaged and free of errors Verify product information and apply the correct SKU numbers and shipping labels Record product details such as weight, dimensions, size, and color when required Prepare completed orders for shipment Shrink-wrap and palletize products for organized and secure shipping Load and unload products and materials as needed Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control Follow established quality control procedures, including processes for damaged or defective products Use WMS software and other warehouse systems as required Meet daily and/or hourly picking and packing productivity goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Work effectively with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience preferred Experience picking orders using an RF scanner Familiarity with WMS software Experience with order picking, packing, fulfillment, and shipping procedures Ability to consistently meet productivity and accuracy standards Ability to accurately identify and verify SKU numbers and product information Experience with loading, unloading, palletizing, and/or shrink wrapping is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must be flexible and available for overtime during the week, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment
