We provide comprehensive logistics solutions including air and sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing services. Due to continued growth in the U.S. market, we are looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. this role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods within a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Support the daily operations of a fast-paced warehouse environment Perform daily warehouse duties including pick and pack operations Receive, unload, sort, and store incoming stock accurately Prepare and dispatch outbound shipments in a timely manner Assist with stock takes, inventory control, and stock replenishment Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (if licensed) Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant warehouse environment Accurately update warehouse management systems (WMS) and maintain operational records Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure operational efficiency Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies Skills and Experience Previous warehouse or pick and pack experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Reliable, hardworking, and responsible attitude Ability to work effectively within a team environment Good communication skills in Chinese and English Basic computer skills; experience with WMS systems is advantageous Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential Must have full working rights in the U.S.
