In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, materials handling, and the safe operation of heavy equipment. Your expertise will help streamline order fulfillment, shipping and receiving processes, and maintain high safety standards across all activities. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers with adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, data entry into inventory management software, and regular cycle counts. Handle materials efficiently by loading and unloading shipments, stocking shelves, and preparing orders for shipping or storage. Perform picking & packing tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Oversee shipping & receiving activities, including verifying shipments against documentation and coordinating with logistics providers. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by following safety regulations and PPE use guidelines. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 to track inventory movements, update records, and generate reports. Qualifications Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution, operations, and inventory management. Valid certification for heavy equipment operation such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, crane operation or similar material handling equipment. Strong understanding of safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper PPE use. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) like AS400 or equivalent software is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and order processing. Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a leadership role is advantageous. Fluent English communication skills (speaking,reading, and writing). Chinese language skills are a plus.
