Expect camaraderie, fun company events, and plenty of noodle tastings as part of your everyday life here. That's enough about us for now. Below, we'll share a little bit more about what we're looking for in you. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Role Overview The Warehouse Associate role will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of our products, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping fresh noodles and ingredients. You will also utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory tracking, order processing, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspection:

Receive incoming shipments, verify against purchase orders, and inspect products for quality and freshness.

Inventory Management:

Organize, label, and store inventory using WMS, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reporting of discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders, utilizing both WMS and ERP systems to ensure efficient order processing and tracking.

Shipping & Loading:

Prepare and load shipments for distribution to restaurants, specialty stores, and supermarkets across the country.

Warehouse Organization:

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety and food handling guidelines.

ERP/WMS Utilization:

Use ERP and WMS software to manage inventory, track orders, generate shipping labels, and record product movement within the warehouse.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and other departments to meet daily goals and contribute to special projects as needed.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and follow company protocols.

Safety Practices:

Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and immediate reporting of any issues to supervisors. Experience & Qualifications Must LOVE noodles! High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (food production preferred). Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory and order tracking. Forklift certification is required (on-the-job training is available if needed). Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs. Comfortable working in various conditions, including refrigerated environments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Problem-solving ability with both independent and team-oriented approaches. Basic computer literacy, particularly for data entry and order processing using ERP and WMS systems.
