Material Handler 2nd

Shift:

Monday

•Friday, 3:00 PM

•11:30 PM ( 1 position Available) 3rd

$20.00 Support and relieve production lines during breaks as needed or while on downtime. Complete material handling duties.

Essential Duties:

Must be able to operate a forklift and be certified Collecting products from the storage/hold areas and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay. Receiving and documenting product for delivery or return. Keeping an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse. Inspects and verifies incoming goods against invoices or other documents. Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notifying the supervisor. Ensuring that all the products are safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping. Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination. Follow space requirements and position of shipments in bobtails and 53' trucks based on the layout/position of the shipment provided. Prepares shipping and receiving documents accompanying shipments including packing lists, bills of lading, and all other required paperwork. Transports products to appropriate storage areas using mobile equipment provided. Performs all work in a safety-first mentality and with utilization of IPS lean manufacturing skills. Related tasks as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications:

Forklift experience

•Sit Down or Stand Up certification Prior manufacturing/distribution industry required.
