Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Corona, CA. This role supports daily warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and basic cable cutting after training. The Warehouse Associate will work directly with the Operations Manager and play an important role in keeping materials organized, orders moving, and daily warehouse activity running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Move, organize, and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse workflow.
  • Learn basic cable cutting using manual and electric cable cutting equipment.
  • Support the Operations Manager with daily warehouse tasks and operational needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $19 to $20 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Job type: Temp-to-hire.
  • Location:
    Corona, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization.
  • Support daily warehouse operations and workflow.
  • Train on basic cable cutting using manual and electric equipment.
  • 1 to 2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, or packing experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed, under 25 pounds.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support daily warehouse needs.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred. Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution warehouse environment.
  • Experience using basic warehouse tools or equipment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
  • Interest in learning additional warehouse processes and growing into a long-term role.
