This is a real, working role — not a corporate warehouse job. You'll be trusted to manage the full cycle of our online orders independently, while also helping with freight shipping, forklift work, and truck loading/unloading. If you've done warehouse work and know your way around Shopify and ShipStation, this was written for you. Responsibilities Process and fulfill all web/e-commerce orders daily using Shopify and ShipStation — from printing labels to packing and shipping Handle customer service emails professionally and promptly, resolving order questions and shipping issues Pack and prepare outgoing shipments accurately, including proper labeling, boxing, and documentation Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks and move product throughout the warehouse Wrap, strap, and prepare freight pallets for LTL and full truckload shipments Drive company cargo/Ford Transit vans for local pickups and deliveries as needed Maintain a clean, organized fulfillment and shipping area Requirements Forklift certification required Experience driving large cargo vans (Ford Transit or similar) Hands-on experience with ShipStation or similar shipping software Familiarity with Shopify — viewing, processing, and fulfilling orders Comfortable printing and managing shipping labels Strong, professional email communication skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without constant supervision What This Job Is Not This is not a large corporate warehouse. You won't be one of 50 people doing one small task on a line. You'll own the web order fulfillment process and be trusted to get it done right every day. Schedule & Compensation Full-time, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM•5:00 PM $20•25 per hour, based on experience
