In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse processes, supporting order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations and logistics. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently within the warehouse Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment Stock shelves, organize products, and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock replenishment Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and accurately for delivery, adhering to safety and quality standards Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting goods, and updating MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems such as AS400 Support warehouse distribution operations by loading/unloading trucks and organizing stock for easy access and retrieval Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols and company policies Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs confidently; certification is a plus Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms Strong basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry tasks Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking & packing techniques Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and load/unload activities Excellent attention to detail for accurate stock management and order fulfillment Join us in a role where your proactive approach fuels our success!
