Store Manager Primary Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer and donor relations.

Key Duties:

• Provide excellent customer and donor relations with the ability to communicate with others in a friendly, confident, professional, and timely manner.
• Honesty, integrity, and exercising sound judgement.
• Meet production goals to help assure maximum sales performance.
• Provide for the efficient, organized movement of inventory through the donation sorting and pricing process and onto the retail floor as directed by store supervisors.
• Perform store housekeeping and maintenance functions such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
• Safely move furniture, and large donated items as needed.
• Display merchandise on the retail floor in accordance with presentation standards.
• Operate the electronic systems according to company guidelines, recording transactions accurately.
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions to management, abiding by and enforcing company Policies and Procedures.
• Record accurately and timely time and attendance through Paycom payroll system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend English.

Equipment Used:

Point-of-Sale system, telephone, computers, and credit card reader.

Clearance Center:

Warehouse environment, work with warehouse equipment, and inventory transport systems

Physical and Intellectual Characteristics:

• Sitting, standing, twisting, bending, walking, and lifting and push/pull of up to 40 lbs.
• Climb stairs or ramps occasionally.
• Free from substance abuse
