Job Description

Description:
The HVAC Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient, organized, and accurate inventory management and material handling in support of field HVAC operations. This includes ensuring safety compliance, managing inbound and outbound materials, and maintaining high standards of order accuracy and warehouse cleanliness. This position plays a critical role in ensuring field technicians are properly supported with the materials and equipment needed to perform their jobs. Key Responsibilities, Include but may not be limited to: Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory control, staging, and shipping HVAC materials and equipment. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of job orders and technician requests. Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment. Inventory Management Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy. Maintain appropriate stock levels of critical HVAC parts and materials. Coordinate with Install Manager and/or Install Coordinator to replenish inventory. Logistics & Support Coordinate deliveries to job sites or field teams as needed. Work closely with Service and Install departments to ensure technicians are properly stocked and equipped. Assist in fleet and equipment management as needed (e.g., tool inventory, staging job kits, vehicle maintenance , etc.). Technology & Systems Utilize inventory management software (e.g., Service Titan) to maintain records and track inventory movement. Ensure proper data entry and documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Two or more years of warehouse experience, preferably in the HVAC, construction, or trades industry. Knowledge of HVAC systems, parts, and materials preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment - certification required upon hire (company will provide) Familiarity with warehouse software and inventory systems. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment & Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs. Primarily warehouse-based with occasional field support responsibilities. Exposure to typical warehouse conditions including temperature fluctuations.
