Position Overview We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our daily fulfillment operations. This role involves picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment , ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards Verify order accuracy and shipping information Label packages clearly and correctly Assist with loading and unloading shipments Operate warehouse tools and equipment (tape guns, pallet jacks, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Take initiative and support other departments as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced work Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Steel-toe boots required Forklift experience is a plus Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S Preferred Bilingual (English + Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus Experience with shipping, labeling, or fulfillment operations Compensation & Benefits Start from $18/hour Performance bonus after 3-month probation 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Paid Time Off Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Full-time, on-site Work Location Eastvale, CA (In-person)
