In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory levels, process shipments, and update stock records Prepare orders by picking, packing, and verifying items for shipment using order picking and packing techniques Manage shipping and receiving processes by inspecting inbound and outbound goods for accuracy and quality Stock shelves efficiently to ensure products are organized for easy access and inventory accuracy Assist with inventory control through cycle counts and stock audits using AS400 or other warehouse systems Support e-commerce order fulfillment by accurately selecting items for online orders in a timely manner Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and stock management Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to load & unload shipments efficiently while maintaining safety standards Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in picking & packing operations Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Join us as a Warehouse Worker and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
