Warehouse Associate

Job Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily order fulfillment for our custom fabric printing business. This is an on-site role for someone who can work carefully, stay organized, and help ensure customer orders are cut, prepped, and shipped correctly and on time. The position involves cutting and handling printed fabric, entering and managing orders in our printing software (RasterLink), preparing items for shipment, and supporting general warehouse operations. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable learning new software, and wants steady work in a small business environment.

Daily Tasks Responsibilities may include:

Cutting fabric to order specifications accurately and efficiently Folding, bagging, boxing, and prepping fabric orders for shipment Entering and managing orders in RasterLink printing software Reviewing order details and matching fabric to specs, including size, print, quantity, and material Applying shipping labels and preparing packages for carrier pickup Assisting with inventory counts of raw fabric and finished goods Restocking materials in assigned areas Keeping cutting stations, shelves, and packing areas organized and clean Separating damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items for review Helping with other warehouse and production tasks as needed What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, careful, and willing to learn.

Punctual and reliable Comfortable working on their feet Able to follow written and verbal instructions Detail-oriented when cutting fabric and checking orders Comfortable learning new software (RasterLink training provided) Organized and able to keep work areas clean Comfortable with repetitive cutting, folding, and packing tasks Able to lift and move boxes and fabric rolls as needed Professional, respectful, and team-oriented Able to work independently after training Experience Previous experience in fabric/textile handling, cutting, printing production, warehouse support, or e-commerce fulfillment is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person if they are reliable and detail-oriented. Work Environment This role is performed on-site in a warehouse setting and requires standing for extended periods, along with walking, bending, reaching, cutting, lifting, and packing throughout the shift. Comfort working in a warehouse environment — including exposure to noise from equipment, varying temperatures, and an active production floor — is important. Accuracy and care are required, as each order must be cut and packed correctly before shipment. Location Fountain Valley, CA 92708 Schedule Day shift. Schedule can be discussed during the interview.
