Assembly Worker

Looking for a Assembly & Packing Associate for a manufacturing company in Fullerton to support daily production and warehouse operations for casters and related products. The role includes assembling components, preparing kits, packing finished orders, re-stocking inventory, and supporting shipping activities.

Schedule:

Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm , Open to work overtime. Key Responsibilities Assemble casters and related products using hand tools and standard work instructions Prepare and organize product kits for customer orders Pack finished products for shipment and verify order accuracy Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials Re-stock inventory and maintain organized warehouse shelves Support light inventory counts and material tracking Keep workstations clean, safe, and organized Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed Requirements 1+ year of assembly, packing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks with attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
