Full Job Description Position:
Warehouse and Machine Operator Location:
Garden Grove, CA Established in 1978, Tuff Industries (www.tuffind.com) is a leading custom manufacturer of adhesive tape solutions for various industries including aerospace, automotive, construction, electronics, industrial, and medical. We are looking to hire a full-time Machine Operator who is honest, hard-working, and mechanically inclined. We require individuals with a high ability to learn and adapt to a dynamic warehouse environment that requires flexibility, problem solving, and planning for efficient production workflow.
Requirements:
Attention to detail, safe work habits, and a willingness to learn. Process orders according to specifications. Must have solid basic math skills for precise counting and measuring of material. Must be fluent in converting common units between the metric and imperial systems. Experience with lathe slitting, rewind slitting, lamination, and die-cutting machines preferred. Fluent in warehouse procedures such as systematic packing and labeling, loading and unloading, and moving products between storage and production areas. Fluent in overall warehouse management activities that will include inventory counting, restocking, and continuous organization of warehouse inventory. Able to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
Job Details and Benefits:
Work hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Paid holidays. Paid time off (after 12 months of employment). Employee medical benefits (after completing the probation period).
