This role involves operating a variety of advanced machinery in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience working within a manufacturing facility. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in machining, fabrication, and materials handling to contribute to our production goals. Duties Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable performing heavy manufacturing work (metal products) Able to stand for extended periods of time Experience operating machinery such as press brakes, roll formers, or similar equipment (preferred) Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Requirements Ability to operate hand tools and precision measuring instruments accurately. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for machining accuracy. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable. Ability to work third shift hours reliably; flexibility to adapt to production needs is essential. This role is integral to maintaining efficient production workflows while ensuring high standards of quality and safety within our manufacturing facility. Able to communicate with others and work as a team. Responsible (able to get to work everyday on time. Able to go on board with Company after probation period.
