On-Site in Gilroy, CA About LaunchCTRL1 LaunchCTRL1 operates a portfolio of performance aftermarket automotive brands, including OLM and FactionFab. We serve the Subaru WRX/STI, Toyota GR86/GR Corolla, Subaru BRZ, Hyundai Elantra N, and Honda Civic Type R enthusiast communities with high-quality parts and fast, reliable fulfillment. Role Summary The Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist is a key part of our daily operations — keeping orders moving, inventory accurate, and the warehouse running smoothly. You'll work directly with our Shopify platform to ship retail and wholesale orders and maintain inventory levels across our brands. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship retail and wholesale orders accurately and on time using Shopify Monitor and replenish shipping supplies (boxes, tape, void fill, labels, etc.) to prevent fulfillment delays Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits; update product quantities in Shopify Receive inbound freight shipments — break down pallets, verify counts against POs, and stock product to correct bin locations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Collaborate with the operations team to flag inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or supplier issues Requirements Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping preferred Comfortable using e-commerce platforms — Shopify experience a plus Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and inventory counts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and a team player Passion for or familiarity with the automotive aftermarket is a bonus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) 40 hours per week, consistent schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid company holidays Health benefits — partially company-covered Work with a tight-knit team that's genuinely passionate about cars and performance
