Position Summary :
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse operations from receiving through final shipment. This position combines warehouse fulfillment, shipping logistics, inventory management, and light manufacturing/assembly. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment where every shipment matters. This is a high-ownership position with significant responsibility for ensuring customers receive the correct products on time while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.
Primary Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment Pick, verify, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify product quantities, configurations, lot numbers, and serial numbers when applicable Meet daily shipping deadlines and same-day order commitments Package products to ensure safe arrival during domestic and international transit Shipping & Logistics Create shipping labels using shipping software and carrier portals Coordinate shipments through UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and LTL freight carriers Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), palletize freight shipments, and coordinate carrier pickups Monitor shipment status and resolve shipping issues when necessary International Shipping Prepare commercial invoices and export documentation Verify Harmonized System (HS) codes, customs values, Incoterms, country of origin, and consignee information Ensure documentation is complete to minimize customs delays Receiving & Inventory Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments Verify purchase orders and report shortages or damaged goods Stock inventory into designated warehouse locations Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory organization Assembly & Production Support Assemble products and components according to documented work instructions Build customer-specific product configurations Assist with kitting, packaging, and production projects Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process Warehouse Organization Maintain clean, organized warehouse locations Follow warehouse safety procedures and company standards Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and organization Team Collaboration Work closely with Customer Support and Operations regarding order holds, backorders, shipping issues, and special customer requirements Communicate inventory discrepancies and operational concerns promptly Verify product quantities, configurations, lot numbers, and serial numbers when applicable Meet daily shipping deadlines and same-day order commitments Package products to ensure safe arrival during domestic and international transit Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred Experience with shipping software (ShipStation or similar) is a plus Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or LTL freight shipping Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude Physical Requirements The essential functions of this position may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently stand and walk throughout the warehouse during the workday Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and reach Safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Safely use OSHA-approved ladders and warehouse equipment Perform repetitive lifting, packing, and assembly tasks throughout the day Work in a warehouse environment while following all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety procedures Additional Responsibilities Assist with operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives Perform miscellaneous warehouse and operational duties as assigned Occasionally run local errands for operational or shipping supplies using a company vehicle when required The warehouse schedule is 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
