About the role We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling materials, operating equipment, and maintaining an organized work environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards. What you'll do Operate various warehouse equipment, including order pickers, to facilitate the movement of materials. Perform materials handling tasks such as receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory within the warehouse. Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock management. Follow OSHA safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Assist in fabricating products as needed and ensure quality control standards are met. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment. Must be proficient in reading and writing. Familiarity with materials handling processes and equipment operation is advantageous. Experience using WMS system and scanners is helpful. Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to following safety protocols and procedures is essential.
