Warehouse Clerk Generation Group - 2.0 Hayward, CA Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Attention to detail Shipping and receiving inventory management Warehouse experience Productivity software Full Job Description Warehouse Clerk - Inventory & Assets We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support our Inventory and Assets Department . This position is a combination of computer-based administrative work and warehouse support. Warehouse, inventory, or assets experience is preferred but not required. We are also open to strong entry-level candidates who are comfortable working on a computer, good with numbers, organized, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Enter and update inventory and asset information in the computer system Maintain accurate inventory records Assist with tracking warehouse products, equipment, and assets Perform data entry and update spreadsheets Verify quantities, item numbers, and inventory information Assist with inventory counts and audits Organize and maintain warehouse records Communicate inventory discrepancies to the appropriate team Provide general administrative support to the warehouse and assets department Assist with light warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or assets experience preferred Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Basic to intermediate computer skills Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, email, and computer systems Good with numbers and data entry Strong attention to detail and accuracy Organized and dependable Ability to learn new inventory systems and procedures Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ideal Candidate Someone who is computer savvy, organized, good with numbers, and detail-oriented . Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider someone with strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly.
