Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with order picking, inventory management, and operating warehouse equipment.
Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that materials are accurately received, stored, and shipped. You will work closely with the operations team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain organized and clean warehouse space Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management Ensure compliance with all safety and company protocols Assist in loading and unloading trucks Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role Familiarity with warehouse procedures and best practices Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and be part of a dynamic work environment that values teamwork, efficiency, and safety.
