•4:30 PM We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and sort incoming mail and packages. Verify shipping labels and mailing addresses for accuracy. Organize and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate departments. Prepare outgoing shipments and apply shipping labels. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing items. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Report damaged packages or address discrepancies. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Requirements Strong attention to detail. Basic reading and writing skills. Bilingual Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Previous warehouse or mail-handling experience is a plus, but not required. Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with a solid understanding of warehouse operations, distribution processes, and logistics. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records. Excellent customer service skills to address internal or external inquiries professionally. Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. $16.90 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
