Job Description
Job Overview Bulk Fluids Facility Loader / Unloader (Non-Driver) As your position as a facility bulk fluids loader/unloader your main focus will be on processing and testing of bulk fluids from tanker trucks and other equipment in a safe manner. This will include wearing all proper PPE (personal protective equipment) while completing your tasks. Proper SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) will be found in the company SOP for process area #2. Safety must be your #1 priority. You will be required to do the following:
- Sample all incoming and outgoing bulk fluids loads.
- Run lab analytical prior to offloading.
- Climb ladders and stairs. (On equipment and facility)
- Connect and disconnect hose from trucks, trailers, cargo containers, and tanks.
- Operate valves on trucks, trailers, cargo containers, and tanks.
- Guide other drivers into the loading/unloading bays to their proper location.
- Inspect Cargo containers and chassis.
- Completing paperwork.
- Calculating tank levels.
- Interacting with other facility staff and cleantech vendors/customers.
- Cleaning (sweeping, mopping, wiping, and any other type of cleaning asked of them by CleanTech management)
- Restocking
- Operating forklift . Mechanical ability . Able to run an electronic PLC on machinery
- Help when needed load / unload dry van trailers and box trucks.
- Wear proper PPE
- Move Drums
- Complete Training Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operation
- Previous experience with PPE
- Pay attention to detail
- Must be able to read and write
- Some forklift experience Safety
- Will be standing for long periods of time.
- Will be moving and walking throughout the warehouse
- Must be able to move and carry 50Lb.
- Must use proper PPE (eye protection, safety shoes and hard hat )
- Climb ladders and stairs.
